The Boathouse is nestled along the waterfront of Disney Springs. This signature restaurant specializing is service up seafood as the name would suggest. They also have several great steak options for the land lovers out there. You can dine outside on the dock alongside a collection of vintage boats or inside, with over 600 seats you can’t go wrong.

There are a lot of standout dishes at this dining location. First off you just can’t go wrong with any of their seafood. They have a raw bar featuring at least three different types of Oysters. My go to favorite is the lobster roll. It’s overflowing with lobster and is always a home run. If your looking to save some money but still enjoy the amazing atmosphere their burgers are one of the cheaper menu items and are delicious.
Be sure to bring a few friends along so you can enjoy their signature dessert, Baked Alaska. The menu suggests it serves four, but after trying to conquer this mountain of a dessert with six people and failing I think it serves a few more. The center of the dessert holds rocky road ice cream covered in marshmallow and Hershey chocolate bars! Just to give you an idea of how large this thing is, it comes out with a steak knife to serve it out.
The atmosphere here is unbelievable! We recommend getting a seat as close to the water as you can. Our go to spot is grabbing a table behind the main bar when you walk in, but let’s keep that between us because you get the best of both worlds. You can enjoy the water in addition to the live performances, all while getting the Orlando add-on relief of air conditioning. If you want to make this a date night you can also arrange a ride around Disney Springs in an Amphicar.
To summarize: We can’t wait to go back!
